Yuck! I hate raw tomatoes and I hate mayo :) My hubby used to eat these growing up.
Wonderful photo, Beth! Nothing tastes like a tomato right out of the garden! But I would have to add a little S and P ... for true sandwich perfection!
I agree with Marianne, a little bit of salt and pepper elevates it just a little more. Still, such a good sandwich
Salt and pepper - once I see those tomatoes sliced up, it's hard for me to stop and season before chowing down, but I'll try that next time around!
