Rhubarb is very expensive in Texas. I can't wait to come home this summer and load up on my grandma's frozen treasure. As I read your blog, I've noticed there are a lot of new restaurants in Bismarck that I have never experienced or heard about. Can you send me a list of the local "mom and pop" restaurants you have come to love? Thanks, Beth!
I guess that means I better use up my last years Rhubarb that is still sitting beautiful seal saved in my freezer. I can hardly believe that I haven't used it all!
Megan, that's so true, I'm working through my frozen produce myself! Just two more bags of frozen zucchini...And Greta, I can't imagine buying rhubarb in the store! That's so funny. I hear you'll be in town soon!! Can't wait, hope to see you then. In the meantime, I'll send you a little list, it'll be fun to put together :)
