Spectacular photo, Beth! I take it your plains have been snowless. We've had very little snow so far this winter, although I just heard a weather report of 2-4 inches for tomorrow.
I would love some of the pheasant right now. My husband grew up on a farm in Iowa and we always had pheasant to eat in those days. I can only drool at your photo and dream of what it would taste like. Would you believe, we have a stuffed Iowa pheasant hanging above our bed. Yup, that strange!!! Susan
